Ready, Set, Give!

In the fight against childhood obesity,

hope now has a face.

We exercise and learn,

at our own gradual and steady pace.

We learn skills and knowledge,

we didn’t have before.

And also work our stomachs,

to have a better core.

Training will empower kids,

to do their very best.

This program is physically designed,

to put your mind to the test…

During this 36-hour online giving event, the more unique donors who give a gift of $50 or more to their favorite nonprofits, the greater the chance of those organization winning bonus grants of up to $10,000. The Community Foundation Serving Richmond and Central Virginia has committed $100,000 to be distributed among winning nonprofits.

The Faces of HOPE will be holding an open house which will include extra classes such as hula, dance, and our 20/20/20 circuit exercise. Beverages will also be provided, so come join us for our Fit, Food, & Fun open house!

Rules 
• Any individual or business may donate.
• All donations must be made via credit card or debit card through the GiveRichmond orGiveSouthsideVA websites. No gifts from checks, cash, giving card redemptions or donor advised funds will be accepted for this giving event.
• All donations are tax deductible and irrevocable (donations will not be refunded) and will be for the unrestricted use of your chosen charity. Please note that GiveRichmond is a program of The Community Foundation Serving Richmond and Central Virginia (TCF). Therefore, your credit card statement will read: {XXX charity} via GiveRichmond.org/TCF Serving Richmond and Central Virginia.
• Minimum gift: $25

• With every $1 donation, you and your child’s picture will be posted on our Wall of Fame.
• With every $50 donation, a child will receive an exercise pack that will include: a ball, a jump rope, a water bottle, and a frisbee.
• With every $100 donation, a child will receive an exercise pack as well as a children’s cook book so that the whole family can cook healthy meals together!
• With every $500 donation, a child will receive an exercise kit, a children’s cookbook, and a gift card to a sporting goods store.
• With every $1,000, a child will receive an exercise kit, a children’s cookbook, and a gift card to a sporting goods store, and possibly even a free year gym membership at the YMCA!
